Comfortable rooms, good location near central station, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, clean and cozy room, easy access to train station and shops.

Parking was in 10 minutes walking and it we have to pay for parking while we check in

We couldn't get on the internet until the morning when we left. You had to walk through redlight district to walk downtown.

Wifi internet was not working properly. No free parking. I would call this hotel — indian hotel, all staff is indians and music during breakfast also indian, which is strange because I am trying visiting Germany but not India.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a central location, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Secondly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with all the basic amenities one would expect. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the fact that breakfast was included in the rate, which was a great value for money. Lastly, the hotel's location in the heart of the city made it convenient for exploring the area, despite it being in a slightly challenging neighborhood.

My stay was enjoyable and I didn't encounter any significant issues.

Convenient traffic and friendly service

We are not happy about the hotel was situated in a street with lots of sexshops and sexcinemas. We had to walk through this street to get to the center in to the center of the town. There was no air condition in the room, so it was really warm at night.

This hotel was the perfect base for exploring the city - conveniently situated close to the central train station with great transport links to all the tourist attractions. The room was spacious and well-furnished with double pillows and a comfortable bed, while the facilities were new and impeccably clean. Breakfast was a standout, with a good selection of delicious, fresh ingredients that were quickly replenished. Staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to offer advice and suggestions.

The entrance door was occasionally locked when the staff had to leave the counter, but this was only a minor inconvenience.

Everything was accepteble, room was clean and brakfast was. Verry good thanks to the housewife that made this experiance

It is in the centre of the city

A little problem with parking at midday but at aften you can find free parking in front of the hotel

We spent our xmas holidays in this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable rooms and good breakfast options. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to major attractions and transportation hubs. the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

There were a few downsides to our experience. The free Wi-Fi was spotty and didn't work consistently.

the bed was good

the shower curtain was earthy, and I didn't want to use the bath. We had requested an extra bed, but it wasn't there at our arrival.
